I’m Dana, a creative leader working with tech and lifestyle brands to help create how they look, feel, and interact with the world.

A globally awarded creative leader with over twenty years of experience, I’ve created multi-channel campaigns for incredible clients like Google, Nike, Apple, Netflix, Tide and Meta. I'm decisive, collaborative, and I specialize in bringing brilliant ideas to life, beautifully.

Most recently, I served as Global EVP of Creative and Strategy at MAS. Over five years, I built and led a 30-person creative department while also expanding the business across multiple brands and into new global markets. What sets me apart is my ability to combine elevated creative vision with hands on execution.

I’m also a huge sports fan, art enthusiast, world traveler, dog lover, punk rock drummer, printer and the founder of HETTE DESIGN, a clothing company that will be launching a capsule collection in Spring/Summer 2026.
